The new 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross comes equipped with a 1.5-liter direct-injection turbo engine that produces up to 152 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. The Eclipse Cross also features Mitsubishi’s Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC) all-wheel drive system, which is a combination of Adaptive Stability Control (ASC), Anti-lock Brakes (ABS), and Active Yaw Control (AYC). This system helps distribute driving torque to the rear wheels and provides driver control in various types of terrain. In addition to the new 18-inch wheels, the 2023 model also comes with standard LED headlights and fog lights. The SE trim also features a front bumper with silver-coloured accents.
The engineering of the 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is just as sophisticated as the design. This year’s model is equipped with an 8-step automatic Sports Mode CVT transmission that delivers power to the engine through a belt-and-pulley system.
